He's lost a step. The ones he's kind of broke this year would've been TD's a few years ago plus every time he gets hit you have to cross your fingers he doesn't fumble.

Dude is a shell of his former self.
Agreed. I like Cribbs, but he isn't going to be worth the money. If he wants to take a home town discount, then I wouldn't mind.

That may as well just happen too. I don't see many teams lining up at his door to sign him after this season.

Not in his prime, but like I said, still does his job, and well.

I assume you are talking about AVG/return (which he is actually 4th in). Cribbs has the most returns in the league, so he is at more of a "true" average, while others have 10ish with a touchdown to inflate their average, compared to Cribbs' 24 returns and no 100+ yard returns.

And he only has 1 fumble this year.

It's scary to think of what Weeden can do if the running game truly takes off. We've had glimpses of a good run game, but not enough to feel good moving forward as of now. The culture is changing. There is more positivity out of Cleveland now then there has been in a long time.

A lot of that has to do with the fb play and guard play. I think they really need to get a guard or 2 in this draft

Agreed. Schwartz will continue to improve, and Thomas is one of the best in the league. We could, however, stand to improve at G, and I think that is a position that they will likely address at next year's draft.

On another positive note, I love that I'm watching Mike & Mike talk about the top 5 QB questions in the NFL, and the Browns are not included. Hopefully we are on the upswing, even if he IS 29 years old.

The more I think about we need to get a stud pass rushing de in this draft. Look at all the great defenses in the nfl over the years.
Bears- peppers
Texans- jj watt
Ravens- Suggs
Steelers- Harrison Woodley

They all have elite pass rushers. I wish clowney was eligible. He is the most gifted de to come out since javon kearse. But I would like Montgomery from lsu

I want a nasty safety in this draft. We haven't had one of those since...?

Not to beat a dead horse on the Mike Lombardi thing but be VERY afraid if he ends up here. I've heard recent soundclips of him bashing just about every Heckert draft pick, including saying Josh Gordon was a wasted picked.

Keep in mind, this is the same clown who worked with Belichick here in Cleveland who was involved in the Craig Powell selection in the draft. He also swayed Belichick from drafting Warren Sapp because he was a "druggie." If Lombardi ends up the GM, 1999 to present will look like "good times."

How could it possibly be worse? We win 3 games a year instead of 4? You said things like this about if banner has a say in personnel and about a couple coach and gm possibilities. The team can't do any worse than they have since 99.

Yes, it could be worse. Lombardi is an abortion. Do some research on the teams he's run into the ground.

why do you think there's any truth to rumors about him? If he sucks so bad, why in god's green earth would he be given the keys to the Browns?

So apparently, on SportsCenter, Adam Schefter said that Massaquoi is drawing trade interest? WTF?

I bet it's Green Bay....with Jennings likely out the rest of the year, they are probably looking for a WR that's been in the WCO. Just my guess though.

Massaquoi is probably our best WR when he is on the field. We all know how that goes though..

MoMass is not our best WR. He's not even top 3.

Package MoMass and McCoy, who they wanted earlier, for a draft pick. :D

Could we get a 2nd/3rd round pick for both of them?
