lol alright.

If no one wants him, you can sign him very cheaply. If he continues to be the cock bag he has been, then just cut. Low risk-high reward move.

One NFL source tells ESPN Cleveland's Tony Grossi the Browns didn't release Colt McCoy after drafting Brandon Weeden because they didn't want to "pile on" the former third-rounder.

The Browns understand that McCoy hasn't exactly gotten a fair shake in terms of surrounding talent and chances to succeed through two seasons. According to Grossi, the team won't demand much in a trade this summer because they would like to find McCoy "a new team, a new opportunity, to spare him the ignominy of being released." If that's the case, we have to wonder why a deal hasn't already been struck with a team like the Packers. Jun 15 - 8:32 AM

Holmgren was on Kiley & Booms this morning (I didn't listen). If he went on THAT show, with that clown Booms, I have to believe that he will be more accessable. What I found interesting from this link is how he is going to take a more active role in the actual coaching...

I think I'd want some sort of assurance he won't continue to be a cock bag before taking a flyer on him. Dude has been less than worthless for a few years now, hasn't he? Sure, if he does "flip a switch", he's been great...but I don't know if he cares enough to even try any more. With as young as your overall nucleus is, I don't think I'd want a fat malcontent anywhere near them.

This is my belief as well. After seeing him curl up with a pillow and fall asleep on the field, instead of pursuing a play, a few years ago I'd rather take my chances with Ferris Bueller (John Hughes) and Billy Winn.

Browns will win the division this year. The team is finally loaded and the wide receivers will shock the world.

per Case McCoy's twitter : "@CaseMcCoy6 Good luck Brandon! Fan of you, but my brother's pulling the lucky straw on this one! Cleveland is only going downhill! "

Is it even possible for Cleveland to go any further downhill?

This is just baffling. I hope McCoy, himself, isn't thinking like this. The rest of his family is coming off like a bunch of snubbed little school girls. Does McCoy REALLY think he's gonna get a shot (barring injury to a starter) with ANY team anytime soon?

Normally I'd say the Raiders but now that Davis has passed away, no. Not in the NFL and an NFL starter.

The funny thing about it is, his family is being a bunch of whiny bitches instead of supporting him and saying he's got a chance in this competition. They've already conceded.

He said something about fake ESPN twitter accounts saying something about Colt and the Browns trashing him so that was the reason for the tweet. It's funny how people are so quick to call people douches in sports because of one thing they might say.
