About 5-10 pages late on this one. You gotta be on your game to post in this thread.

Fujita suspended for 3 games for his role in Bounty-gate.

LOL. I remembered you saying that you weren't worried about it if he ended up getting suspended.

Browns should just go ahead and cut the guy. He's not a good player.

We can go ahead and cut Cribbs while we're at it.

Looks like we will be throwing our rookie LBers in the deep end.

I don't disagree, but I'm curious to see if Winn can be effective at DE

Pretty much agree on both of these. Although Cribbs has some value, the league has cut him off at the knees with the new kickoff rule. That being said, he has lost his burst and he seems to be the first to open his mouth in the locker room.

Vagina is just a liability at OLB. Can't cover a tight end and seems to be constantly injured. Unless he starts hitting the HGH his "fountain of youth" isn't coming back anytime soon.

Exactly. Cribbs main value was returning kicks. That happens once a season at this rate and its mostly because bonehead Cribbs tries to earn that paycheck by running out 10 yards deep in the endzone trying to get some yards, when in reality he gets tackled at the 15.

Even if the rule wasn't changed, Cribbs still lost a step. You could tell in the past 2 seasons. His punt return TD against the Ravens this season was the slowest return TD I have ever seen.

He still hasn't made it to the end zone just like that Titans tight end is still waiting for Fujita to catch him.

I think Travis Benjamin could replace Cribbs on punt returns.

I mean shit, get like T. Smith back there returning kicks. T. Smith went from returning kicks to winning a Heisman trophy, I don't see Cribbs winning a Heisman ever in his entire life and T. Smith would be cheaper.

I don't think he's a good player, but he's a solid vet to have. I dont want to cut him, just dont want him starting.

He has value as a mentor but that's it. Should never see the field.

Didn't he dislocate his toes? I think he has not been the same since.

The AFC North blog is continuing its series on projecting the starting lineup for each team in the division. Next up is the Cleveland Browns:

OFFENSE

QB Brandon Weeden: If a 28-year-old rookie doesn't start right away, there has to be a problem.

RB Trent Richardson: No Madden curse with this running back, just the pressure of being the No. 3 overall pick.

FB Owen Marecic: Two concussions in his rookie season have to be a concern.

WR Greg Little: He finished with 14 drops, tied for second-most in the NFL, according to Pro Football Focus.

WR Mohamed Massaquoi: Was second-most targeted player but finished with fifth in receptions.

TE Ben Watson: Suffered three concussions in 2011 but insists he'll continue playing.

LT Joe Thomas: Most consistent performer on Browns' offense went to his fifth Pro Bowl last season.

LG Jason Pinkston: Allowed one sack in 16 starts as a rookie last season.

C Alex Mack: Not even a midseason appendectomy could slow him down last season.

RG Shawn Lauvao: Committed four false starts and three holding penalties last year.

RT Mitchell Schwartz: The second-round pick was the highest-rated right tackle in this draft.

DEFENSE

LDE Jabaal Sheard: The second-round pick recorded 8.5 sacks and five forced fumbles.

LDT Phil Taylor: Has strong potential but was up-and-down as a rookie last year.

RDT Ahtyba Rubin: Remains one of the more underrated interior linemen in the league.

RDE Frostee Rucker: Free agent from the Bengals will help slouching run defense.

SLB Scott Fujita: His 50 tackles last season were a career low.

MLB D'Qwell Jackson: Overcame injuries to land a five-year, $42.5 million deal that includes $19 million guaranteed.

WLB Chris Gocong: Has produced 145 tackles in two seasons with the Browns.

LCB: Joe Haden: Finished sixth in the league (and second in the AFC North) with 19 passes defensed in 2011.

SS T.J. Ward: Last year's strong season was cut short by a foot injury.

FS Usama Young: Sheldon Brown could take this spot if he converts from cornerback.

RCB Dimitri Patterson: His play at nickel back warrants a promotion into the starting lineup

It's espn's AFC north blog. Not my stuff if that's what you are referring too. Although, That lineup doesn't look too bad at all. Obviously Fujita is out of there, and I could see Watson getting a concussion early in the season and being done.

Oh god, please get Usama Young out of the starting lineup. Sheldon better convert.
