Good point, except for the fact that the 2012 Browns have 2 pro bowl lineman and the 1999 Browns had Jim Pyne. Couch would have had a chance to remain upright with todays offensive line. I take that back, your point is not valid.

If they take Tannehill at #4 I will probably be done with them...I think getting Richardson/Blackmon and then possibly Floyd/OLB/T with the 2nd pickin the 1st. I think there will still be really good RBs in the 2nd if they dont take Richardson in the 1st. Doug Martin(Boise St) could be a good pick later on too...but if they get 2 of the 3 offensvie players somehow, that'd be a good start for the O to get better.

Tannefail at #4 would be an epic disaster for the Browns.

We're not taking Tannehill at #4. If anything, this is a great ploy by the FO to make their pick more valuable as trade bait to the Dolphins.

I think it's very likely the Browns trade down.

Tannehill in the 4th round would be an epic fail. Who are these guys that promote garbage like this, anyhow? Do they make a living peddling dog dung?

Tebow is not coming here....most natural fit for him would be Miami.

Or Jacksonville would be a good spot for him.

Garrard inked a one year deal with Miami.

Welp so much for them trading up for Tannehill (or maybe they still will?)

Or maybe Tannehill slides to 22 now. Not sure if anyone else has a qb need...at least in the 1st round.

At his age a guy like Garrard is nothing more than a bridge to a future QB.

I think they are going to be desperate to take Tannehill, who played for new OC Mike Sherman in college.

They need a QB, and having struck out in free agency on bigger names need to address the position for the future.

They might not move up, but I see no way he makes it past them at 8.

Well...this weeks latest Browns "shit storm" is the local media all up in arms, AGAIN, because Holmgren was talking Browns with a Seattle radio station yet refuses to do it here. It is kinda strange how he has a weekly radio show in Seattle but doesn't do one here.

It's really not that strange if you think about it. He's been doing the show for a long time, was the HC in Seattle for a long time and brought the franchise to a SB. I don't care if he does a radio show here, doubt I'd even listen. I don't need to listen to him hem and haw without saying anything once a week. Don't really see what it would acomplish.

Key word. It doesn't make sense at all. Maybe Heckert should do a radio show from Philadelphia.

Extremely strange, imo. He's talking Browns in Seattle. No reason for him NOT to do a show, or at least have Heckert do a show, here in Cleveland.

Stupid move. He did this before and got hammered. I don't know why he did it again.

Also is Owen Mericic officially a bust? Should we try and take another FB in the late rounds or an UDFA?

Anytime you draft a FB in the 4th its a reach IMO. He actually played in 14 games, which is more than I thought he played in. I will say for all the talk about a WC FB, the guy had 5 catches on the season. I would rather had kept Vickers.

Any chance we could see the Browns move down twice in the first round? First move from 4 to 6 in a trade with the Rams, then from 6 to 8 in a trade with the Dolphins for the Fins to select Tannehill?
