Oh well . Times have changed and it isnt near as bad as it once was . I was talking in retrospect. We do have the top school system in Ohio and that isnt corrupt . I hope this ends this topic as this is about something else

That happens when you cherry pick all the kids in your district and decide who you want to admit into that top rated school. It's kinda like Alabama bragging about having so many good recruits. It ain't hard when they're all 5 stars.

Wells Academy was named the best school in Ohio. However, to say the Steubenville schools are the top school system because one K-4 school was named the best is like saying that the NFC East is the best division because the Giants won the Super Bowl.

Steubenville City Schools were rated "excellent." (http://www.ode.state.oh.us/reportcardfiles/2009-2010/DIST/044826.pdf)

But you can't say it is the top school system when a bunch were rated "excellent with distinction."

Keep in mind they're getting ready to retool the state report card system because a bunch of shit schools were getting rated "Excellent" as of late.

Of the state’s 382 districts and charter schools that rated Excellent or Excellent with Distinction, only 22 would have gotten an A under the new grade calculations.
