My under standings he pleaded guilty to only the things he was guilty about. The truth has been exposed and I know it’s hard for some of you to swallow the true because you enjoy other’s pain. I have know this family for a long time and we all make mistakes at least he had the balls to admit his and move on with his life. So sorry for all of you out there but there will be no jail time and you need to move on and let this family heal from all the false bullshit that was said. Fairwoodking if you where a true cousin you would have know this.

He's going to do time. Nobody who pleads to 2 assaults in the commission of a felony is going to get time served. 2-10 for each count, consecutive if the prosecutor gets their way.

Yes, I am his second cousin. I'm Serbian on my mother's side. Her maiden name was Divich. I talk to the relatives about him all the time.

If he was collecting debts . He just did it wrong especially with a gun . If it was debt collecting then nobody should have said anything . just take your medicine . I have known his grandparents his parents and he is not related to the Divich. I don’t know why you feel it to be so important to say you’re a cousin and then trash him on here like you are. He never had a gun, he never robbed any one his quit was solely protecting some one as he has always looked out for others. You need to let this go and leave that family alone. Branko was very proud of being a part of Big Red in every way there was and we where very proud to have him. When he punched the two victims it wasn’t because of any school he went to it was a wrong choice of his own and he has to live with that his actions and make a difference now on how he move on. Everything I see to this day shows my self and others that this kid is repairing his life and doing what it takes to get back on track. I know so many of you like to post negative things think about it have you ever done any thing wrong in your life that you where sorry for, we should all be so kind to care for all.

I don't care to hear about your church. My mother got the hell out of there the day she married my father and she never went back. May I remind you that your priest's son was arrested and spent time for breaking into people's homes. He stole $11,000 worth of jewelry. Maybe that's where Branko gets it from.
