We have Urban Meyer, I wouldn't rule anything out. The question is, is this kid a winner? If so, I could see him at Ohio State.

no real surprise here

Faced with the very real possibility of spending at least the next two seasons behind Braxton Miller, and in a spread offense under new head coach Urban Meyer that doesn’t suit his skill-set, Taylor Graham (no relation) has decided to head as far west as you can go collegiately.
According to Doug Lesmerises of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Graham has asked for, and been granted, a release from his Buckeyes scholarship. The redshirt freshman quarterback will transfer to Hawaii and new head coach Norm Chow‘s pro-style offense.
“I do not regret coming to Ohio State. I enjoyed every minute I was there,” Graham told the Plain Dealer.
Graham, the son of former OSU and NFL QB Kent Graham, was a four-star member of Jim Tressel‘s 2010 recruiting class and was the No. 14 pro-style QB in the country according to Rivals.com. The Illinois high school product used a redshirt in 2010 and did not attempt a pass in 2011.
He’ll be forced to sit out the 2012 season to satisfy NCAA transfer rules.

Wish Taylor the best. He is not good enough to win at Ohio State. He will do well at a school like Notre Dame.

Two completely different people. I mean for all we know, Lebron James' dad is Wilt Chamberlain.

Is it wrong to be happy he's freed up another roster spot?

I think not.

I highly doubt it...
Kalis tells Meyer to back off
“Urban and the staff were recruiting me hard for a while but I have recently told them to back off some because I am firm with my commitment to Michigan,” Kalis said. “This trip just made me want to be at Michigan even sooner. I really got know some of my future teammates and my host Jack Miller showed me a great time.”

This should end any question about his commitment to Michigan. This kid is true blue, and will probably be the best guard at Michigan since Hutch. I get the feeling that he's starting to feed off the hatred that the Ohio fans give him, which is scary. I wouldn't want to give him any more motivation, because he's already a kid that can dominate in the trenches.

Speaking of Mauk, will OSU recruit him? Or is he a product of the system?

He is a good player, but they haven't/won't recruit him. Need other positions more than QB right now and he is committed to Missouri. Fits in their offense better anyway.

Combination IMO. He is good, no question. But the system his dad runs definately helps. If it didn't, he would be the top recruit in the country. The QB/Keil who committed to LSU "only" passed for 2500yds and 28TD this year. Compare that to Mauk, 5500yds and 68TD's. He is committed to Mizzou. Not sure he fits the type of dual threat QB Meyer likes in his system.

If true, this could be interesting. I can't give the kid any crap for what he is doing. When he committed to OSU originally, there were quite a few issues going on and A LOT of uncertainty. I couldn't blame him for changing his mind. Now OSU has Meyer, and things are set with where this program is going. If he originally committed, you gotta believe his heart was with OSU from the getgo. We'll see if Meyer can work some more magic. I wouldn't be betting against him at this point.

I don't believe he'll come to OSU, but let's not forget that he reaffirmed his commitment to OSU just weeks before he committed to tsun.
