I lived on Oakland, so north campus. For the price I would be paying, it can't be beat. With utilities, I won't be paying over $500 a month. It's really hard to say no to that.

Yeah thats a deal. I remember when I used to bitch about paying $400/month in Cbus, now I'm more than double that and its definitely not ideal.

What about Clintonville?

A friend of mine also got a really nice one bedroom near Schiller Park in German village. I think shes paying $600 utilities included....great area.

That's still a decent haul to work. At least if I'm near campus I can just go up Indianola and hit 71/270
