Today in Grand Forks, North Dakota we are checking in at 28 with snow. This is the 3rd straight day snow has been in the forecast. This is after all the snow had melted from the winter!

Don't know how you deal with that. That looks awful. I want to live in a place at some point in my life where kids gather around me and listen to the taies of frozen water that falls from the sky (ie snow being a myth).

It's really not that bad, you kinda get used to it. The fiancé on the other hand is having a hard time getting used to it.

warm, dark, and windy in Lafayette. Rain is not in the forecast, but it certainly looks possible.

Gloomy with a chance of rain. Didn't feel too cold this morning but I haven't checked the actual temp.

Unbelievably bad weather for track and there seems to be no end in sight. Here we are, almost in May and it's in the high 30's and rain/sleeting. I sat through a baseball game involving some of my family members on Sunday and I have never felt as cold as I felt during that windy and ice cold day. Baseball just wasn't designed to be played in weather so cold you couldn't feel ANYTHING for the last five innings. (It was a six inning game!!!!) I am located in NW Ohio. I am trying to remember why I liked snow. I have not come up with any plausible reasons as yet.

So I was listening to the news earlier today and they said we can expect snow on into May. This is not good for the Red River which floods every year. This picture is from earlier last week before the snow came back.

That's bout 5 feet of water.

This is right next to Highway 29. This is roughly about 3 to 4 feet the highways are built up here and there was still portions of 29 closed.

LOL-- I watched the replay on BCSN--it looked horrible, so I can just imagine how bad it really was...btw, tough game for the defenses, especially on pop-ups.

Yeah, although I don't think Central tested the Start defense too much. Did they say on BCSN how many strikeouts Lepiarz had? By my count it was 13.

Mid 50s and sunny, but calling for rain later.

The weather here is just about as shitty as Ohio. One nice day just to get you happy for spring....then 3 days of rain and wind.
