Not mine, I thought Heat in 6 or 7. Wasn't shocked the Bulls won game 1, was more shocked on the dominance but it was as much a fluke as anything. Not that they won, but that they won by the amount they did.

Like jpake said, Vegas had the Bulls in game 1 and the Heat in 6--both still intact. And he's right not to bet against Vegas anymore, they are usually right--of course, they have to play the games and anything can happen. If the Heat take game 2 though, I'm anxious to see how the discussion will change. Everyone wants to say a series doesn't start until a home team loses but doesn't see to want to apply that to this series--A LOT of people have been quick to say this one is over already. We shall see.

The Bulls overall are a more athletic team, they have dominated the Heat on the boards all season long.

The Heat really don't have a player that can go out and shut Rose down for now a 6 game series. He will be able to get guys like Deng, Bogans, and Korver open looks. The frontline of Boozer, Noah, Gibson etc have enough athleticism to create problems for the Big 3.

I see the Bulls holding homecourt and ending the series in 6.

Eh not really too much. I thought going into it that if the Bulls lost game 1 the Heat would probably win in 6. They had to get game 1 and they did. I still think the series is going 6 or 7 but couldn't tell you who will win.

Even if Chicago takes game 2 I think Miami evens things up at home or is this a 2-3-2 format?

The Big 3 just need to play their game (Bosh did, other two didn't in game 1) and ONE guy needs to step up and at least be a threat to make a shot and they should be alright. They may have been if that was the case in game 1, even with the rebounding disparity. But if no one else is going to step up the scoring then the Big 3 need to just take that upon themselves and everyone else needs to crash the boards like they never have before.

I fail to see how it's a fluke when chicago won the east. they're obviously more focused than the heat if they came out and bitch slapped them like that

i think i saw a stat where the bulls have out-rebounded the heat in every game so far (i could be wrong on that, however) and if that is the case, i think it is more of a trend than a fluke. the heat want to play small so that james and wade have the maximum amount of driving lanes due to all the three point shooters on the outside. having those shooters in for their offense means less rebounding on the other end. if the heat bring in their rebounders, their offense bogs down. normally the heat could force their style onto the opposition and make the other team go small as well but not with chicago. gibson and noah can both guard smaller players. it also might force james and wade to stay in on defense to rebound and that would circumvent their leak outs

A team with LeBron having match up problems in the playoffs? Stop me if you heard that before...

A team with LeBron on it should be the one CREATING the match up problems...

Should tell you all you need to know about him. He doesn't have the drive needed to take advantage of the talent he was given.

Chicago is too deep, and the frontline is much better than Miami's..

I think you'll see Z in Game 2 to try and neutralize some of those rebounds.
