well this semester (i did not live in this room last semester) i have had 2 pairs of shorts, 5$ off my desk, and 2 protein shakers go missing...the other morning I wake up with my phone charger missing and I ask if he took it and he says "no there is one right by my bed that I use, there is not reason for me to have taken yours". after class, I was alone in the room and looked in his bed which is against the wall. I pull the mattress away from the wall and at the foot of his bed crammed between the mattress and the wall is my phone charger. i ask for an explanation on why it was there and he claims "no explanation is needed because i use the charger by my bed, like i already told you"---ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? he wouldnt even admit to it. So this weekend i bring my trunk back to school as mentioned earlier and as i was cleaning out my closet and putting stuff in my trunk, i notice one of my two lacrosse heads is missing. i search around through his stuff and in his closet under a big pile of clothes i find my lacrosse head (valued at about $80). i confront him about it today and again "i dont know why it is there but i have my own lacrosse stuff i dont need yours". he finally admits to taking my charger but goes on to say how i am ridiculous and going crazy because i am accusing him of taking my stuff. again, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

so lets recap, he steals my charger, denies it..steals my lacrosse head, denies. later he admits to taking the charger after denying it, and i am supposed to believe that he didnt take my other stuff and I am the one who is crazy in this situation?

Since you only have a short time left in the year, chalk it up to a another great college experience... life learning lesson. In college you meet some of the best people you will ever meet in your life and also some of the biggest dickheads you will meet in your life. Put him in your dickhead column, forget about him, and move on to a successful career. Not worth the aggravation.

Steal his stuff ... and then deny, deny, deny.

Also, nanny cams are pretty cheap anymore. Might try that.

Lock your shit up. There isn't much time left this semester.

My question is are you the sociopath and just trying to manipulate the OC(the law of the land) to take your side?

i am going to report to the school his behavior, not to have him punished, but do have his behavior documented so that if something like this happens to someone else and there are complaints, action can be taken, i think its also important they know because people like this can become very vindictive and possibly violent when exposed

steal your other roomies shit and stash it in the thief's mattress. Then steal the thief's shit and he'll blame the other roomies. Keep only your own shit locked in the trunk.
