I enjoyed the 3 minute warning gig.

Bischoff: Did somebody say 3 minutes?

Mr. Kennedy is speaking on his twitter and using Umaga in the "past tense" so it sounds like he knows something even though there hasn't been a official press release by WWE or his Family

Bobby Lashley has a tweet up saying that today is a very sad day with a good friend gone.

I would say that would imply that Umaga has indeed died.

Still nothing official but sad news to say the least. Umaga was about as agile a 400 pound man that you will ever see. Too bad WWE killed his push since he could have been abig time heel for a long time.

I just hope WWE does something more for him than just his pic and bells. Even though he wasn't "working" for them right now he was still a member of their "family" and deserves to be honored for what he did in the short amount of time he wrestled. RIP Big Man.

Umaga killed his own push by failing drug tests.

So I don't go to the wrestling pages because I'm on a work computer. What happened exactly?

He was kicked out of WWE earlier this year for failing a second drug test. I'd imagine that had something to do with his heart attack. Most drugs abused by professional wrestlers can cause heart problems.

Sad to see. He was fun to watch a couple of years ago.

You don't get a bloody nose during a heart attack. You might get one from snorting cocaine and then getting a heart attack, never the less, too bad this happened.

Reports say he had a heart attack last night, and another one today while at the hospital.

Yeah....very sad news....and yet another unhappy ending to a pro wrestler. As someone who's watched the action for 20-25 years, it just gets depressing knowing that everyone you get entertained by will either die (too many to name), become insane (Hogan, Savage, Warrior) or both (Benoit) at any time.

The Rock was smart to leave the industry to go to Hollywood. He has a legit shot to make it to 50.

^The Rock will definately make it well past most WWE superstars, as will Steve Austin, because they were smart enough to get out at the peak of their careers and either retire, or use their fame as a jumping off point for other, less crazy lifestyles.

Well I wouldn't necessarily say Austin was smart enough..that was more of a "oh shit I gotta retire or I can become paralyzed for the rest of my life" retiring decision b/c of his neck. Rumors floating around of a possible Rock return though.

Yeah, the big impetus for the "STONE COLD" success he had was that neck injury, as it caused him to switch from a technical wrestler to a more brawling-style one, which fit his character perfectly. And then, as he became more slow due to recurring injuries, he was smart enough to get out while he still could.

Guys like HBK, Sting, Undertaker, HHH..

They will be lucky to even be able to get out of bed.

I might be wrong about the Stinger though.. he turned 50 this year and has quite a few long breaks.

Former WWE Wrestler Kennedy posted this on his twitter page:

What's the deal with Kennedy? I haven't followed wrestling in ages, but I thought he was a future star in the making. Why isn't he with the WWE anymore?
