Got suckered into that Pretty Pink bottle of Rogue Voodoo Doughnut. This one is a chocolate, peanut butter, and banana Ale. We'll see how this one goes as I don't have high hopes as of late when it comes to Rogue Ales.

Looks like a pretty good list of breweries. Of the regionals; 3Floyds, Revolution, and Boulevard would be nice to have there.

The more I had the worse it got. It was still better than the Maple-Bacon thing I had before. Some fruit on the nose, but also medicinal. The three 'components' were in the palate, but not pleasant. Finish was bitter. Wanted more sweet. I rolled the dice and lost again on Rogue.

Side note...Sorry COA for blowing up your Untappd. Was bored since the OC was down. Needed to do something for the LULZ !!!

The bacon/maple ale was pretty medcinal as well, so i guess that was to be expected. I like their creativity but I would think they would be able to put something together a little better.

lol no worries, provided lulz for me as well. I will say I was a bit surprised when I started getting emails about it, esp since i haven't had anything since Sat night where I relearned a valuable lesson on Sunday when I woke up, respect beer.

Had my tasting group last night, we decide to go big (expensive) and everyone brought a lost abbey non denominational ale (barrel aged beer) that is 12.7 oz. Fun experience, but none of them were worth it on their own. Can get better beers for less.

Red Poppy, Deliverance, and Older Viscosity were what we had.
