I'm not a huge Stone guy but this Vertical Epic 12.12.12 is fucking legit.

Having a Longboard by Kona tonight. Really good taste, and a very clean finish.
Will drink again.

Oh, no doubt...I did expect it!BORIStheCrusher;1369065 wrote:Just bustin your balls a bit, like Curly said everybody starts somewhere. If you like fruit beers there are some really awesome ones out there but you got to be willing to drop some cash. Post how the tasting goes and if there are any beers you liked I'm sure a few of us can give you some other good suggestions.
I tried some microbrews in Indianapolis tonight. Not so good. I am starting to think my alcohol experiment will be short-lived.

I wouldn't know. If I had to go Canadian, though, I'd do something from Unibroue.gerb131;1369999 wrote:With its better than LaButt Blue.

Seeing how you don't drink, I'd have thought Ginger Ale.O-Trap;1370008 wrote:I wouldn't know. If I had to go Canadian, though, I'd do something from Unibroue.

I'm not drinking beer until April 1. Doesn't mean I don't drink.gerb131;1370048 wrote:Seeing how you don't drink, I'd have thought Ginger Ale.

Okay. I don't really assume people care much about what I say, so I didn't know.gerb131;1370054 wrote:I know this, I've been paying attention.
Either way, I still would have gone with Unibroue. Maybe Trois Pistoles.

Also....had a 2011 Southern Tier Creme Brulee last night. The age does wonders for that beer. I had a fresh one about a month or two ago and I couldn't even finish it it was so sweet and just didn't even taste like beer. With over a year on it, the potency of the vanilla/creme flavors was much more subtle and I was actually able to taste, you know, a stout beer. Still not my favorite, but definitely drinkable with a year or so on it.
