Am actually with Nationwide. Can't scam them though. We aren't their favorites at the moment. LOL Won't even make a claim.

I suggest to anyone never make a claim unless it is absolutley needed. If you can pay for it out of pocket do it. Claims follow you, from company to company and in today's age of insurance they don't need much reason to raise your rates or drop you!

Surprised they haven't dropped us considering we've yet to fix the damage they paid us for last winter.

Agreed. I'm just having fun, but they will drop your ass with little provocation. Got dropped once about 20 years ago for a lousy 2k kitchen fire, it wasn't our fault though, came to find out that the agent pulled some noise with the actual age of the structure.

Wow is it nasty out in Sandusky Co. Wind is so strong but no ice on vehicles that have been parked since yesterday afternoon. So as long as the wind doesnt knock shit down, we dont have to worry about ice.

I'm pretty sure I know that chick. I've worked with her before at Go Bananas. She does the Mini Babybel Cheese commercials, too.justincredible;661485 wrote:Could not agree more. Smokin'.
I've been meaning to ask her for awhile now if that's her in the insurance commercial, but keep forgetting. Might have to look into that now.

the girl from 4E is Holly Lynch.

so, I went fishing in Lake Woodruff today, all I caught was a good buzz. My buddy caught a nice spec and 3lb. bass, and we saw about 50 gators, all sizes from 3 to 12 feet long.
The ice sucks. I drove through the freezing rain storm from Va. to Fl. a few weeks ago. Charlotte, Columbia, I-85, I-77, I-26 were crazy with ice, even I-95 had ice to Savannah.

Just got power back on.
When the power was off I took a walk in our orchard and listened to all the trees fall apart and after that I started reading The Wealth of Nations with an oil lamp.

I was in awe as I watched the Weather Channel tonight. Chicago was having thunder and lightening with the snow. I'm not a science type person at all or a weather junky. I honestly didn't think this was actually possible. They had video on it, and it was crazy..

First I ever saw thunder and lightning was in a snow storm in Utah back in the late 90's. Its pretty weird.bigkahuna;661624 wrote:I was in awe as I watched the Weather Channel tonight. This wind has made all the roads/driveways/sidewalks bone dry here in Mason. Pretty much no slow left on the ground either.

warmer temps and wind got all of the ice off of the trees and power lines here on the east side of Columbus. My truck was bone dry when I left at 6:45

35 mph winds now. I had power all night and now wonder if the winds alone might take it down.

Now snow...wtf...I checked weather.com's 6 hour future radar and it was clear for us...now I look at the national radar and see a huge blue blob over half of Ohio.

I think here in Michigan, I've got somewhere between 8-10 and am expected to get 2-4 more today. I'm not even in the "2nd level" of Michigan by Detroit that was supposed to get even MORE than that.

So as I posted on my IL offices being shut down, I lost my Texas offices as well what a disaster. Long long busy day for me!
