I would say they are consistently better than Indiana, Michigan State, Purdue, Minnesota, Illinois, and Northwestern, and assuming that at least one remaining team is having a down year (Michigan, again), that puts them finishing fifth, so I could see them having some years better than that, some years worse.

I would say Boise State is on the same level as Wisconsin.

I would say more like a Purdue. Their offense would win them some games and in other games they'd just get physically dominated. And eventually, every coach in the league would figure out how to defend them and they'd bounce around the middle/lower pack.

The reports of Boise's demise were greatly exaggerated. Things will be interesting from here on out.

ehh, this sounds pretty fair. I do agree with the point that they would get worn out if they had to play the conference teams week in and week out.

Taylor has the severely underthrow a receiver to set up pass interference play down pat.

I realize that was a 51 yard attempt, but that was possibly one of the worst field goal kicks I have ever seen.

Damn, Va Tech got lucky with that penalty.

TOUCHDOWN VA TECH! Va Tech lead 28-26, pending extra point.

Wow, running into the kicker turns into six. What a difference one little penalty makes.

Taylor has been clutch

if they go on to win this, he would have the top Heisman performance of the first weekend IMO

given the circumstances of them falling behind

Taylor is making a big statement and you know his name is going to come up in the Heisman talk now.

it seems like Moore throws a lot of soft passes and wobbly ducks

surprising he is so efficient

Moore really has not been anything great in my eyes in the first 3 quarters.
