Lol.... I really went and looked up "The Black Night" to see if it was actually a movie because I'd never heard of it. When I saw the cover for it on IMDB I just laughed and was like yeah he meant Dark Night. So is it any good though?

Inception was excellent. It was such an original/brilliant concept, and it was so well done, you never really question the logic of it all. You trust in the journey Nolan is taking you on. The visuals, the cast, the idea, the director, it was all perfect. I think they really hit Inception out of the park.

Christopher Nolan is making a strong case for best filmaker working today.

I am pretty sure that every time we saw the wife in the movie, she was his projection of her. Remember when his friend told the girl that the wife was actually quite lovely in real life?

13% on rotten tomatoes lol. It's basically "A Kid in King Arthur's Court," except it is the black version.

No shit that was his projection of her because *spoiler*

...she was dead before we ever saw her.

Edit: Justincredible, can we get spoiler tags up in this minor league bitch of a site?

*SPOILER*

I think the ending is still a dream. Yeah it looked like the totem was wobbling at the end, however his children were wearing the same clothes and doing the same exact thing in all of his other dreams.

Spoiler

I think at the end, Cobb was still dreaming BUT not trapped in a dream get it? I think since he finally let Mal go, he can dream again and so after he wakes up in the plane. He falls back to sleep and dreams about seeing his kids.

Best quote I heard after seeing this film

"Christopher Nolan movies make me believe every other movie out there is written by kids"

Christopher Nolan definitely makes great movies. This was a lot like The Prestige. A thinking movie with a bit of a cliffhanger ending that makes you wonder what is the truth?

Inception was worth the price of admission.

Are you sure? I could have sworn it was the same exact set of clothes. Either way, they were definitely doing the same exact thing from all his other dreams/last memory of them.

Agreed. It makes me want to punch James Cameron and George Lucas. Guys that did great things (Aliens, T2....original Star Wars), and then blew it (Avatar [God that plot was dumb and predictable], new Star Wars films), and later sold out for $$$.

Inception won't make as much as Avatar (again, God that movie was stupid) or Revenge of the Sith, but it is a far superior film.
