I like that the MSi has SLI capability, which as far as I can tell means I can hook up multiple lower end graphics cards to boost graphics performance. Correct me if that is wrong.
I like the Asus because it has 6Gb/sec SATA and USB3 already on it.
It really is a tossup. Dammit.

SLI and Crossfire are the brand names of the multi-card graphics solutions from Nvidea and ATI respectively.
You're usually better off going with a single more powerful card than dual cards on the performance front than you are linking them because while the efficiency is much increased from when SLI/Crossfire was first introduced it still isn't 100%.
