what it has do with anything is simple if OSU is so pristine why did they offer a kid wth the history like turner has a scholarship? if turner didnt qualify then why was he offered a scholarship? obviously he was qualified in tressel's eyes.

Obviously criteria needs to be met in order for OSU to follow through with the offer. Sometimes getting the offer is enough incentive to get things straight, other times, like Turner's, it's not. Fact is OSU is a more cleanly run program than you're willing to admit/accept, but that doesn't matter to you.

Don't let the facts cloud your vision and keep on hatin'. LOL

criteria has to met? then why hasnt OSU pulled the offer. the kid signed LOI in february what criteria did he meet then? OSU is a more cleanly run program? who told you that maurice clarett or albert dukes? maybe it was luis irizarry.

He won't be at OSU unless he holds up his end of the bargain, I really don't think you're as ignorant as you're portraying yourself. Christ the dude got shot multiple times and won't be able to play again reportedly, whether he has the grades or not.

Funny how your only purpose has been to tear down OSU, it's fan base etc...but speak of nothing about who you actually support. Go ahead, let the cat out of the bag, we could trade program smudges all day long. But you won't...guaranteed.

People that hate on OSU are simply jealous douchers. Ohio State is the pinnacle of both on the field and off the field success, and you can take that to the bank.

Why? Well, if you had an ounce of a brain, you would know its NOT that easy to pull a scholly. Tress and OSU will do their homework, makes sure they have all information about the situation, and then make an educated decision instead of rushing to judgement before having all the facts. Is it really that hard to understand or do you need it spelled out even more?

As far as OSU troubles...I won't deny. But as someone mentioned, MOST were early on in Tress tenure. I personally believe he learned his lessons. Since the first few years, OSU/Tress have run as clean a program as any big time successful program. They have had FEW off the field issue's the past 5+ years. Big time decline...compared to the increase in many schools such as USC, FLA, Tenn, etc, etc.
Again, do your research instead of continueing to make yourself look like the fool that you really are. A jealous one at that.

and only a homer cant see he should have never been made a offer being that he didnt graduate high school. or that the offer could have been pulled after the first time he was shot.

i didnt know this threads topic was about the team i support. nor does it have anything to do with the subject. sorry, its not michigan or anyone in the big ten.

if OSU is the pinnacle of both on the field and off the field success, can you explain they havent they won a national championship in close to 10 years. and can you also explain the embarrassing losses to fla., lsu, texas and usc? seems to me if you are pinnacle of success you should win these games in a big fashion.

first and foremost i support college football. some teams i give respect. although not a fan of anyone in the sec i give them their just due beacuse of the level of play in that conference. but when you play in conference as crappy as the big ten and continually run your mouth about how great you are and how you are just the worlds most elite program. then only go to get emabarrassed regulary on the national stage and continue to arrogant is appalling.
