Given the choices, I vote other. Since when are cowtowns considered the best cities in a state?

Being the best city in Ohio is like being the best male figure skater. You get some glory...but you're still gay.

I think that to some of us," best" computes into where we had the best time, and as old as I am, I can remember with great fondness many times that I had a great time with friends in Columbus. Now, I'm not at liberty to reveal what we were doing that constituted that "great time", but I surely did enjoy myself.

Of the big 3 (Cleveland, Cincy, Columbus)....yes, absolutely.

What do we consider a "city?" Bellefontaine (where I live is considered a city...and it's 12,000 people).

There are many small cities (especially up by St. Henry) that are beautiful.

Then again, what are we basing it on?

Best as in...place to party? place to raise a family?

???

Too many questions that need answered before I can vote. :D

I would say Cincinnati, but the most enjoyable things to do in the area are actually in Kentucky, with Newport on the Levee and mainstrasse in Covington, or in Indiana, gambling. The area is fantastic but the city itself is somewhat limited. So taking that into consideration it would be Columbus.

Columbus. By far.

And, most of the country would agree, one of the few places in Ohio that seems to actually get positive comments about it from time to time.

I agree with Sherm's comment.

And after living in Florida for a decade, and traveling all around, for anyone to think that one part of Ohio is better than another is insane....it is all the same!!!

No, no it is not. Columbus is so much better than Cleveland or Cincy it isn't even funny. Pro Sports isn't what makes a city.
