Also...I can honestly say that NONE of the Steeler fans that I know personally or through message boards like this jumped ship during tough times last season.

My POINT, which nobody seems to be grasping, is that SQ made this comment like the Steelers fan base was some kind of diehard loyals that couldn't be touched in their loyalty to their team and I called BULLSHIT. Give them a couple of "down" years and the wagon will be EMPTY.

Pittsburgh fans should be a lot more tolerant than Cleveland fans. Their team has won a couple of titles in recent years.

Cleveland fans have every reason to be pissed off...this shit has gone on for wayyyyy too long.

And for the record...fuck you Jimmy. LBJ has been been treated like God in this town.

Some of you haters really crack me up......If people say that Clevelanders treat LeBron terribly and shouldn't criticize him. What in the FUCK do you think is going to happen to him in New York or Chicago!? Their media/fans will tear him a new asshole if he messes up like he did in game 5.

He will NEVER get the treatment he does in Cleveland in any other city.....it's as simple as that.

In another year or two, you'll be on the market for another Earl Holmes-type (that was the past-prime Steeler you got as an LB...although an MLB...wasn't it?), won't you?

Nah, right now LB is probably our deepest position on defense. I expect next year's draft to be heavy on D-Linemen (by the Browns) and the following year to be linebacker. Don't think they will be looking for washed up, stopgap has been's anymore.
