I'm not a Nickelback fan at all but I've always had a question when this topic is brought up. I've never met anyone who likes them. All I ever get is that "they are terrible" from everyone I talk to. How then, are they still around? Why are they on the radio? If they are so bad, how are they popular? They must have some fans or following that is big enough to keep them around. How is it that we never run into or hear from people who like Nickelback? Because such people have to exist out there!

they produce a sound that has made them alot of money. they wont change until they have to. i wouldnt. as long as people are buying my music, no reason to change it. i dont love them but i could listen to them for a long time.

Iris is a classic, a song that, if it wasn't for its crescendo, would make for a tremendous wedding night song. The Goo Goo Dolls are a pretty damn good band that have made some pretty damn good songs.
Nickleback is a POS, and every song does sound like "Someday." They are retarded.
Worst band ever could possibly be American Music Club or whatever, with all their trumpets and shit. Also, all '80s rock. I wanna kill myself each time I hear it. If I never have to listen to "born and raised in Souuutth Deeeetrooooooit" by a 175-pound former heroiner, current chicken soup factory worker at a hockey game it will be too soon.

Half of the shit on your ipod comes from people who have less talent in their whole body than Kurt Cobain and Johnny Rzeznik had/have in their pinky finger (see: Jonas Brothers).
