Aberg with the back 9 comeback to take the Genesis Open
He was 3 back and I wanted to take him to win but backed out 🤦🏻♂️

I tried to nab him at 4 back. But it was locked. I checked back at 2 back and got him, but it was only +100. Missed the +4000 at 4 back...

Yeah I totally wussed out
Oh well
I’ll never get tired of seeing Fred Couples shoot under par at Augusta
Freddy is awesome. I like be seeing him play well there too.
That’s awesome Hope you’re having fun! I think Aberg is going to pull this one off
Bad start for Rory.
3 stroke swing in the first two holes.

5 more shots on 1st 2 holes than yesterday
As of this moment Aberg is going to get my winner only bet….I’m waiting until about 4:30 though
And now Bryson is taking a dump.
Rory's to lose now.

If he chokes this away….he’s done winning majors

Uh oh. Another double to blow the lead.
Rose coming in hot to tie for the lead.
+4 over the last 4 holes for Rory. He might be cursed.
Jesus
He’ll get that up and down 9 times out of 10
Well he should’ve hit the green from 125 in middle of fairway 10/10
Crazy if he doesn’t win
Greg Norman choke
He finally got it.

Greg Norman choke
Had he lost, it would not have been close to a Greg Norman choke. That was a choke for the ages and well beyond anything we've seen since.

4 shot lead with 5 holes left and a wedge shot from the fairway for a good birdie opportunity….its in the realm
Rory with 2 of the worst shots you'll see. The 3rd on 13 was honestly unforgiveable. I ACTUALLY would have done better. The 2nd on 18 wasnt a bad shot in the grand scheme, but considering the stakes and he just needed to avoid the bunkers and hit the green or even be short, inexcusable.
BUT, his 2nd on 15 was maybe the best shot at the Masters in years (naturally didnt make the putt). Followed it up with a dart on 16. Then an incredible shot on 17! And of course the 2nd on the playoff hole.
But a weird final 7 holes for him. 2 bone headed shots, but just all world on some others.
I think he wins 1 more, maybe 2 this year.
It was a fun day to watch yesterday, that's for sure. I'm glad for Rory - to get the monkey off his back. If he can keep his mind right, he's got more majors in him.
I remember worrying that he was going to go so "all in" with the Tiger-type conditioning. But since he's seemed to back off on that a bit, he'll give himself the ability to adapt his game to his age. That's good because talent wise, there is no one better.
