I'm in bad need of a RB.

My team:
Matt Ryan
Antonio Brown
Alshon Jeffrey
Mike Evans
Chris ivory
Joique bell
Martellus Bennett

Bench:
Crabtree
Damien Williams
Bilal Powell
Deangelo Williams
Julius Thomas
Brandon Coleman
Sam Bradford

So obviously I'm very weak at RB. I put it out there that my WRs are on the block with the exception of Antonio Brown.

I received these two offers:
Marshawn lynch for alshon Jeffrey
And
Abdullah for mike Evans

Should I do either of those?

If I did either of those it would be Lynch for Jeffrey.

Worried at all about his production dropping or should be a top RB again this year when its all said and done?

I think the answer is somewhere in between

Here's the thing. Worried about Lynch dropping off and injuries? That just about defines what Alshon Jeffery has already done. In you situation, that's a trade you have to make. I doubt your team is going to win without it, and if it turns your way, you might take the league.

Throw in any of your RB aside from Ivory and see if he does it. Or trade him Jeffery/Ivory for Lynch and a WR (not sure who he has). Ivory is another guy who is on a team who has passed a decent amount and is injury prone. You are selling high on him.

Looking at your roster though, it's not a winner now...and Lynch COULD give you a boost. Go with the upside unless you're 3-0/2-1 and dominating already.

Id honestly do either. You are in SUCH bad need of a RB.

If it is PPR, I think you barely get the better end of the Jeffrey/Lynch team and Abdullah/Evans could go either way. Both are unpredictable at the moment.

Non PPR, Lynch for Jeffrey is in your favor, without question, imo. And slightly in your favor with Adbullah over Evans.

I'd disagree. I'm actually trying to acquire Evans as much as I can and have even thrown out offers of Jeremy Maclin and Keenan Allen straight up for him.

Mike Evans is going to get crazy targets from Jameis. Even more so given they suck and will be behind. Jameis is going to throw plenty of balls up for Evans.

Abdullah is greatly talented, but the Lions, for some reason, fail to use him consistently and I don't want any part of Detroit's offense right now. Plus, Detroit plays Seattle and Arizona the next 2 weeks.

Depends what WR you get back.

I mean, I doubt he sees any value in Bell or Powell...as a throw in with Jeffery.

Decided to get a third person involved and have this out there:

Player A (me):
Lynch
Abdullah

Player B:
Alshon (mine)
Cooks

Player C:
Evans (mine)
M Bryant

Thoughts?

Yeah I'm gonna turn it down. I think Evans is going to start tearing it up.

Just need a damn RB.

I was just offered a pretty huge trade. Thoughts?

I get:
Lacy
Gronk
Garcon

I give:
Julio
Olsen
L. Dunbar

On the surface, take it all day. Especially since you get Gronk after going past his bye (you get an extra week basically).

What's the rest of your roster look like? If you aren't completely screwed at WR after Julio, you gotta do it.

This week it wouldn't help me much:

QBs: Brady and Dalton
RBs: J. Stew, Dunbar, and R. Matthews
WRs: Julio, AJ, Dez, Stevie, Rishard, and Crabtree
TE: Olsen

I still make the deal.

However, when does the trade process? If it processes after week 4, you get Julio/Olsen this week, while he has to eat Gronk on the bye. That's where your advantage comes into play.

Maybe he reconsiders if Jeffery plays against the weak Raiders secondary and Lynch sits. I'd still make the deal.
