This series is big for the Tribe. Not only because its the Sox and they are only 1/2 a game behind us for 2nd, but because the Twins get to beat up on the freaking Royals for the next 3 games and we can't lose ground.

To extend that even further, the Twins play the Royals in 10 of their next 16 games. The tribe will have to play good ball to stay within striking distance for the final 30 games.

I dont even like him much, but it can't come soon enough. 

He did turn into quite an all around player last year before injuries, I will admit.

Then they need to finish in at least 2nd place. First place finishers get seeds 1-3. Second place finishers get seeds 4-6, and the next two best records get 7 and 8.

My wife was wondering why I screamed at the TV when I saw Luplow go in.

He promptly grounds into a dp and is now 0-20 on the season.

Welp, here we go.....last chance. 

Sox win 2-0. I think the Tribe left 14 in scoring position. Shut out for the 3rd time.

13 base runners tonight. THIRTEEN! And not a single one crossed the plate.

But don’t get excited yet, only 4 of them were via a hit.

Pitiful and really hard to follow this team right now.

Awesome pitching and then hitting that can’t get out of a wet paper bag. 

The play off situation is practically being handed to this team and we are going to struggle to even get that wild card.
