There you go. Ho Jo.....wasn’t a big name very long but for 3-4 years he was a big time player. Didn’t do much before or after.

Hell of a career and not a breath of HOF thought

I was actually reading articles about him not being in last week, too. Apparently, he's pretty salty about it.

Question #159:
This non-HOF outfielder is the only MLB player since 1936 to have at least three at-bats in over 300 straight games.
He spent 16 of his 17 seasons in southern California and finished top-5 in ROY and MVP voting once each. Was an absolute double machine for a few years, posting 36+ doubles in seven straight seasons.

I was shocked to find out that part about consecutive games with at least three at-bats.

Should’ve gotten more consideration. But just not enough power. Which can be offset if you play C, CF, 2B or SS at an all-time level. But he didn’t, and was probably a net negative in the field.

Question #161:
In the last 50 years, there have only been three players to pull off a streak of 60+ games reaching base on either a hit, walk, or HBP.
Two of them are not in the Hall: Orlando Cabrera (63 games) and Mark McGwire (61).
Who is the lone HOF slugger to join them?
