by the way, that quote never happened. It was incorrectly tweeted out. Peter King just said that his report was inaccurate.

lol classic, slow news day Monday.
Looking forward to tonight’s hard knocks. Saw where the ratings were very good for episode 1. Second best opener or something like that. Browns fans are the GOAT.
Loved the back and forth yesterday with Williams and Haley. Haley was pissed defenders were coming too close to baker and Williams said “well fucking block them then!”

Looks like we are going to get some good info on why Coleman was traded too. My guess is bc he was dogging it and being a POS in the locker room

Coleman was in the dog house for a long time. They were trying to move him for months. What they got for him was essentially saying "at least we got something because we were probably going to cut your ass anyway."

Yep. Coleman was trash. I’ll never forget his terrible drop agains the Steelers in week 17 last year. He makes that catch and we may not have been the second winless team of all time.

This was also part of it. Had heard the Browns brass had been pissed at him since this incident. May sound stupid but it is what it is...
Three fights at practice today. The heat got to them.
After watching Hard Knocks tonight...I just don’t get why Cleveland traded Coleman. Seemed like a really good dude who had his head in straight and took responsibility when he fucked up.

He wasn’t good at football

I didn't watch it either but they played bits & pieces this morning and it sounds like Coleman asked to be traded on that episode.
And Ross Tucker (Sirius XM NFL Network) was scratching his head this morning comparing Corey Coleman & Carson Wentz, how they went about their business, and was still completely baffled at how Sashi didn't take Wentz. His comments were "did the Browns even talk to either of these guys before they passed on one and drafted the other?" Makes you wonder that about a lot of previous Browns picks (cough-Justin Gilbert-cough).

Complete sarcasm. The guy drops a pass and says it was a bad throw. Complains he is on the second unit. Says if he is on second unit why not just trade him. Good riddance

No it doesn't. We all know what has been going on since 1999.
All of these drafts can/will drive us crazy. At this point, I dgaf about dwelling on the past. Until the Browns actually start winning games, it really is pointless to look back at drafts and see where they missed and how it could help the team.

My comment was implying that they've drafted guys without ever interviewing or speaking with them which is just shitty, all around. I know they've been bad at drafting for quite some time but to not even meet with a player is just bad.

I did not catch your sarcasm at all lol my meter must be broken.

Yeah, 2nd teamer who can't consistently catch and spends more time in the tub than on the field with the club....see ya

Wow, I completely forgot about this.

I was so pissed at him. Only the browns can piss me off when the 0-15 browns are playing second stringers of another team. Lol

This is what Coleman will always be remembered for in Cleveland, imo. That was such a horrible drop.

I think this year will be the first time in about three years that TheRapist will play both games against the Browns. Usually they face off in Week 17 and the Steelers key players are sitting.
Looks like Browns won't be signing Hankins. All well, hopefully this UDFA kid is decent.
Anyone have a link to Coleman dropping that pass? Im trying to find the video.
