I’ve always been an NBA die hard but I just can’t get into it this year.
A quarter of the league is actively tanking already. Guys are resting but also about to be off for a week for the NBA all star break.
Off the top of my head Giannis, Luka, SGA, Flagg all hurt. JJJ and AD out for the season on top of Tatum , Kyrie, and Haliburton. The season is too fucking long but no one wants to admit it because it’d mean less money.
The Kings and Wizards look pathetic. And they want to add a couple more teams on top of it.
I’ll get sucked back in during the playoffs but the regular season is a train wreck.

I’ve been into it because of fantasy basketball. The injuries resting and tanking has become terrible. We have three injury spots and mine have been constantly filled for the last 3 weeks.

I didn’t watch any of it. I don’t even know what the format for the games was tonight.
I kind of miss how it was when I was younger.
Friday was celebrity game.
Saturday was rookie vs sophomore game, three point contest and dunk contest.
Sunday was all star game. East vs west. No team captains, USA vs world, etc.
Honestly the LeBron/Kawhi/Durant team playing their two games was tremendous….I loved it. Format was dumb as they beat both teams in exciting fashion so they were 2-0 and in championship and played younger U.S. team that was 1-1 and 1 game decided it
