I’ll tip 10% on carry out from a restaurant but not pizza. I dont really have a good reason for that lol. As far as when dining in, I’ll tip 20% and round up to the nearest whole dollar. So if the bill was 91.25 you’re getting $19. Also the minimum I’ll tip is $5. If I meet a buddy for breakfast and the bill is only $11 im not giving you $2. I’ll give you a $5. Seems silly that your work isn’t worth at least $5 to me.

Pizza is kind of it's only category. I view that like Taco Bell or any other fast food and don't tip.
As for a minimum tip, it depends on how much work a server had to do. It's not nothing to box up and prepare an order for carryout, but it's also not nearly the same as waiting on a table. If it takes you 5 minutes to box up my food (and probably more like 2), then $2 or 10% is more than sufficient (whichever is greater).
Kind of weird if you think about if you ordered delivery, you usually can't tip the server who prepped your order. That tip goes to the driver.
Like I said, tipping carryout is not expected. But IMO it's plain rude if you don't and regularly get carryout from there (excluding pizza, well, Dominos and the like maybe not an actual pizza restaurant).
