Pumped for this one. It’s right there with Masters for me as best Tournament of the year, and at PB, the best course it can be at, takes it up a notch.

Who does everyone like and dislike this week. Haven’t done my research yet, but I’m off Brooks (surly this won’t backfire) since he refuses to play on Poa greens. Plus this will essentially be a driverless course this week.

Hate to be that guy, but I really like Tiger’s chances.

Adam Scott is kind an off the radar type guy who I could see taking it too. He’s in really good form as of late.

Scott is someone who popped on my initial course model. Don’t think he can win, because his putting just isn’t good enough, but could definitely see him competing.

And no surprise, Tiger pops as the top guy for me. I usually don’t play him because if he wins I’m happy enough. But, might have to this week since I don’t like Brooks or Rory and DJ has a lot to overcome from last time.

I have Tiger, Phil, and Spieth on my fantasy team this week. One of them takes it.

Also, some of the beauty of golf is it’s unpredictability

I may lean toward Webb Simpson this week, as well as Rose being in the mix; sleeper is Snedeker.

hard to go against koepka given his run in majors recently. also you have to think rory has some carry over after that wild weekend he just had.

I wish Snedeker was going to be a sleeper. Unfortunately it’s shaping up that he is going to be the highest own in most fantasy leagues. Shaping up for around 30% usage.

It’s going to 100% bite me in the ass. But his absolute hatred for Poa greens has me staying away. Actually part of a MC Parlay lol. The man straight skips the California/West Coast portion of the schedule because he hates putting on Poa so much.

I agree with you. And putting is hard enough, let alone going into it hating the greens. Makes it easy to get frustrated when you aren't making putts, and they don't magically start going in when you're frustrated.

You don’t need to be a bomber this week; putting will be at a premium along with proper position on the small greens.  So I will probably go with Sneds out of the Tier 5 group.  Still can’t decide on Tier 1, maybe Rose.

Made 5 DK teams: Core players are Tiger, Hideki, Webb, Scott, Rose, Furyk, ZJ, Stuard, Hatton, Na, CT Pan, Day. With Thomas and Cantlay on 1 team each cause I think they have great chance to win.

I'll take Rose or Tiger to hoist on Sunday. But also have some bets on Day/Scott/Hideki and Hatton a top-10 at 100/1.

Went Tiger/Rose/Hideki/Kuchar/Webb/Stuard/Pan in a Tier Pick-Em.

Super pumped. This will be the first time watching these guys play this course since I got to play it 2 summers ago. And no, I dont watch that god forsaken Pro-Am that takes 9 hours a round.

The course looks great. USGA cautioned on the side of error so players won’t bitch too much. It’ll clearly get tougher as the day goes and as weekend comes.

I’ll say -6 wins it all

Really? I’ll say -1. I haven’t watched a single shot yet, but I bet the weekend greens aren’t receptive at all if too many are low today/tomorrow

Experts on golf channel saying -3

Everything is receptive right now and they talked about how those making the decisions rent going to let anything extreme happen and will probably have it easier than they prefer....but still a huge challenge

If they don’t water and tuck a few pins, you will see scores be half of what they are just from that.

I’m well aware just know a few minor differences turn scores several shots and they’ll possibly water just a touch more and make pins ever so slightly fairer. Just my thoughts from what they reported and how players are playing.

Spieth not happy with his caddie's yardages.
