Technically, no. But, yeah, they did.
The ball was in Clev's and Plesac's court,all they had to do was own up to their mistake and they didn't which in turn pissed off the locker room. I would have taken a half-assed Thom Brenneman apology over what they did. They showed no remorse,no regrets.

Plesac was fine until he posted that video blaming the media. Clevinger may have signed his own trade papers with his bullshit.

They absolutely did. They lost the trust of almost the entire team.
Plesac DOUBLE blew it when he didn't out Clevinger, and when Clevinger didn't man up himself he put the whole team and staff in danger.
Plesac TRIPLE blew it with the video.
