Yes it is. 

And very close to a DQ. That ball wasn’t stopping any time soon.

I think he just 6 putted, maybe 7

Hit a  putt from 15 foot out, putted too hard and he jogged to get it because it wasn’t stopping before the slope and putted it again lol way before it came to rest....missed it and then tapped in. I think he had a 10 on the par 4

Again, that has to constitute a serious breach. And he should be DQ’d. It wasn’t just slowly rolling by the hole. It was 8 feet by and rolling downhill.

Took him 3 more to get in after blatantly cheating. He added 5 shots after penalty and  Phil taking 5 from just off the green seems reasonable.....but I think the 2 shot stands.

And crazy he’s smiling about it. I think Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player might want to whack him with a 5 iron. He’s stealing the show from the eventual champ. Just stop it and leave the course.

It’s definitely a 10 if the original putt was for bogey.

He would smile and give the thumbs up if he was caught murdering someone. 

Phil is a bigger douche than Tiger (outside the sex stuff), but nobody ever sees it really or talks about it.

That should be a DQ, as it wasn’t a mistake. It was blatantly cheating and making a mockery of the sport.

Just saw the Mickelson putt. That is so bad he easily should have been DQ. Just completely unacceptable. I'm not shocked it was Phil who did it biggest douche on tour. 

If Tiger would have done that, people would be calling for him to get kicked off tour.

Tiger wouldn’t do that. I’ve never seen anyone do that who wasn’t wearing work boots and jean shorts on the green

Announcers just kept talking about how great of a Pro blah blah blah

Jim Furyk is a great Pro, Phil was a great golfer and is an ass but apparently only about 8 of us in the world see/know it
