Should American education extends the school to one year and extend the classes to the level of 13 years of education?

COVID-19 Educational solution to handle the increase in student dropout increases and fallen behind students without a digital connection.

About 54% of the global population - or 4.1 billion people - use the internet. But only one in five people in the least developed countries are online, according to the International Telecommunication Union, the UN's internet and telecoms agency.

Lack of online learning opportunities isn’t just a problem for the world’s poorest countries. In the United States, as many as 12 million school-aged children live in homes without broadband access, according to a 2017 US Congress report.

The Los Angeles school district estimates that half of its students don't have computers or tablets and one in four has no internet access at home.

No.  The schools should reopen next week, and classes should continue through mid-July to make up for the lost time.  Anything else is asinine.
