I'm trying to basically create a pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of my index page that will stay in the corner when the visitor scrolls. The contents of the pop are in their own HTML document as well.

Is this possible? I'm assuming it would include Javascript, and I've Googled this, and I've tried some of the recommendations, but without success.

Anyone know how I would do this amidst a standard HTML document that, for the time being, has no CSS file?
