I do that about 24 times during summer nights by a fire and I don't tip myself for the hard work. I'd walk behind the bar and get my own beer if I could. But hey, I'm a young guy that doesn't make a lot of money quite yet, but when I do, I probably won't change much. You have to earn your tip, and being average won't get you much. Nor do hott girls that don't check up on you at all but expect to get a nice tip because of their tits. A girl at Fridays hasn't received a penny that past 2 times because she needs to be told to refill out drinks 3 times and get the steak sauce 2 times.. and give the leftovers to the right table, not the people behind us.
