8th hole, Pebble Creek Golf Course, Lexington, Oh. 165 yards, 7-iron. Unfortunately the hole was just behind a little knob, so I couldn't see it drop in.

I've only been as close as about 2 feet away on an ace, but holed out a few from 100-150 yds.
The crowd is wild at the PGA in Phoenix this weekend.
I used to live right next door to Matt Every's older brother. He is in 3rd, 2 strokes behind the leader. Go Matt !

I almost had one in a scramble at one of my favorite courses. It was a betting hole and I always hit the green so I asked them what the max was and they told me $20 was the max for the Par 3 betting holes. I proceed to one hop the pin and it spun to within 2 or 3 inches. The skin would have been worth a couple hundred for the team, but atleast I won 20 bucks.

What tees were you playing? 17 usually plays about 130. 140-150 from the tips.

closest I've come was about 6 inches on the 5th hole at Clinton Heights near Tiffin. It's a 114 yard par 3 where the green is above you and you can't see it, just the pin. I had no idea how close I had come until I got up there to it.
