Honestly, the main thing I have learned is that you can't come close to pleasing everyone when you run an internet forum even if the damn thing is free.

I agree with you. Generally I don't really care what people think of me so the criticism I get doesn't bother me. I'm running this site as a hobby (there isn't any money being made) so it would be kinda silly for me to take it too seriously.
