Seriously though, there is no denying what the "perception" of V-Day is for guys. Its ratarded. I hope I find a girl who thinks the holiday is as dumb as I do.

ummm yeah i get that, but if a girl gets you a non-sexual gift for v-day, like a x-box game, you will still accept it. Laley tried to call Fab out because she said she would rather have cavs tickets over flowers... but i am saying that even though guys think v-day is lame they will still accept presents... women are no different

yeah but men dont get pissed if we dont get what we asked for(well, ok no, we do, we just arent allowed because if we dont like it, the woman will get pissed at us for not liking it and its lose lose for us). women will hate you if you dont get them what they want and you cant deny that.

Get the woman a bowling ball with your name on it. If she doesnt like it then no biggie...you can keep it for yourself.

What do guys want.....well....a "nag free" day from the woman..but unless she is in a coma that aint happenin'.

Sex has got to be the best bet.

and no....no flowers...no stuffed animal like stated before......could get us tix to a local sporting event...but then you'd expect us to bring ya so that is out.

Geesh..it realy is hard to think about what we'd really like.

not true... i bought my bf knicks v pistons tix for Christmas... i told him that i did not expect him to take me and bought them knowing he would probably take his brother (in fact i called his brother before i purchased them to make sure he could get that day off).... now if they were Cavs tix i would have made him take me but that is because i am a Cavs fan and actually enjoy watching sports

If my girlfriend gets me a gift (even though I tell her not to) I will accept it because it would hurt her feelings if I didn't. It would be rude. Easier to just accept it. My gf likes to shop for me, so for Christmas and my birthday she always gets me more than I want or need and I tell her I'd rather her spend it on herself or save it.

Either way, I don't think she really expects or cares much about V-day, which bodes well for me. Now if she only enjoyed sports like Fab I'd really be doing well! ;) I will say this, she leaves me alone and lets me do what I want on sporting events. She even tailgated with me before I went to the OSU-UM game.
