Me personally...I found a website that let's you download the sessions as mp3s. So I have it done in the comfort of my own living room. I was part of a fundraiser for the band....that had a hypnotist/comedian. Sounds crazy, but it was for the students...so I agreed. I don't believe at anytime I was hypnotized...but I played along with it so the show could go on. Every thing I did was a conscious move.

That's not how it works. You know exactly where you are and what you are doing, you are just so relaxed and chill that you don't care what you are doing. If you really don't want to do whatever it is you're told to do, you will break out of the trance. Everyone has a breaking point. Some people will go a lot further than others in terms of how crazy the things the will do. I've seen a male told that he was pregnant and that he had to give birth now or else, and by god he tried as hard as he could and it was hilarious, but not everyone would be able to go that far.

No need to be scared. You will not be in any harm darby. Nomad is 100% correct. I was hypnotized so I could sleep after working nights for a long time. The guy told me he'd me forget something important to me, but I didn't bite. He told me before he tried if I didn't want to do something, I wouldn't do it. He was right.
