Cleveland Buck was nice enough to post how he dislikes my polls, so I'm making a poll about polls. This isn't your classic joke thread, where I poll about polls, but I ask a serious question...

Are polls effective?
Are polls annoying?

I see so many threads that ask a question, often with limited choices, but they don't use a poll. I see a poll as an easier way to communicate. The same as charts are easy to communicate with, in a business presentation. So, I leave the vote to the huddle nation.

It gets boring reading the same opinion over and over when you can just look at a poll and get the info that you want to know.

Polls on here are not scientific or valid. They are a waste of everyone's time. A good scientific poll with a large enough sample is very useful.

Hey fuckwad, the term poll is offensive to me. I Prefer pollack. My grandmother was useful and sometimes offensive. I do not know which way to respond.
