I only get Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day off. And usually that annoys me as much as anything because I wind up having to come in the office during the weekend to get caught up on work.

Office is open, but I took the day off to go to the MLK breakfast, and possibly the march. We've got a small office, there's not much of anything going on in there today, so it works out.

lol. Now that is crazy. You would think if the kids get no school, that the teachers wouldn't either.

I had a holiday off for a change. My duty section seemingly works all of them. So far we've had duty on Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve since coming back from deployment. Throw in the fact that we have Easter too, and I'm starting to get upset at this rotation.
