I think it stemmed from the Wendys I ate yesterday.

Anyways, they suggest online to drink a lot of fluids, but everything I put into my system comes right back up.

Any helpful hints? This is a real bitch.

Nothing for 24 hours. At this point if you drink water, it's just gonna come back up so there's really no point unless you enjoy puking. As soon as you can keep it down, then drink as much as you can tolerate.

I'm assuming that's already done. It usually doesn't take long if it's really food poisoning. :(

Thanks guy. I got about 2 hours of sleep last night, I'm still feeling a little shitty. It was those wendy's spicy chicken nuggets, oh well.

Whoever suggested stay away from gatorade: you're 100% right, that didn't go too well.

I think since food poisoning in caused by a bacteria (or so the internet says), I don't think throwing up goings to get rid of it, I think my immune system had to take over. It was just a huge bitch having to run to the bathroom a lot because I couldn't even handle water.

Why do popsicles help? The fact that two of you guys posted about them makes me feel like it's legit, but any reason why?

Popsicles work because you are ingesting fluids. But, you're ingesting them in so little increments that the body can readily absorb them before the stomach says to upheave them.

Plus, they taste good!

...fast food from resturants like Wendy's is the same to me as gas station food, so you roll the dice on if you're going to get sick or not.

When in doubt always blame it on Wendy's!! As far as the rotisserie chickens. I saw a news story years ago, they are one of the worst things to eat, as far as bacteria. Because you just never know how long those things have been out there.

Is it food poisoning or that fact that you are still sick to your stomach that Gibson lied to you about staying for his senior year?
