LaCanfora is always chirping about how there's "internal dysfunction" between the front office and the coaching staff and, to a certain point, I think he's right but not in the same context LaCanfora thinks.

I think there IS a difference of opinion in that Hue wants to win NOW and wants the players to do it while Sashi's mindset is "build this thing for the long haul, through the draft" which is going to take some time and not give immediate results. Sashi's betting on himself to build this team, long term (better hope Jimmy's onboard), where Hue just wants some wins to save his skin. To that point, I don't think they are necessarily on the same page. I'm sure Sashi would like to win now, but for him that's a bonus.

I think that is accurate, but that sums up any HC in the NFL that takes over a shitty roster imo.
