Tito also just said Tomlin is available in bullpen 1st couple of games, and Bauer later on. Kluber would pitch game 5 as Tbone mentioned.

Fielders - Santana, Ramirez, Lindor, Urshela, EE, Gomes, Perez, Gonzalez, Chisenhall, Jackson, BRANTLEY (very interesting), Allen, Kipnis, Bruce

Very aggressive. I like it. If it goes 5, you get Kluber at home on normal rest. If it doesn't go 5, you have Kluber at home to open the ALCS, where he could pitch 3 games if necessary.

The one I'm kind of shocked about is Gonzalez over yandy. Other than that the roster looks good

Gonzalez seems like a wasted spot, but if it comes down to that, we are in trouble anyway.

I wouldn't have Yandy as the replacement for him though, Id have Otero. His sinker in late innings can get Tribe out of a jam with a GIDP if someone else exits with runners on.

Not sure I do. Not saying this will effect the outcome but Bauer in Game 1, with a perfect weather forecast. Kluber in Game 2 with 90% chance of rain. If Bauer somehow implodes and they lose Game 1, Kluber starts Game 2, goes a few innings, and then they get hit with an hour+ rain delay, Tito might have outsmarted himself. Not saying it's GOING to happen but something to think about.

I don't mind Kluber game 2 and Bauer game 1. I'm surprised by it, but certainly don't hate it. Bauer has been amazing since Mickey mad the change with him (what else is knew...we should pay Mickey Mike Trout money lol). What makes people think he is going to implode anymore than Kluber would?

His mental state, for me. Kluber is a machine regardless of what's happening. Bauer wears his emotions in his sleeve.
I trust Tito tho and I'm not upset about it at all. I'm just of the thought that you pitch your 1 in game 1.

Someone talk me off the ledge. I've been terrified of the Yanks for a bit now, and this is why. Their bullpen can make every game 3 innings. Don't have Tribes depth, but do have more in their top 3-4, imo. Ugh.

I’m nervous too, but to be fair I don’t think I would be comfortable with any remaining team in a 5 game series. Bauer starting game 1 also makes me pretty nervous.

The worst is my soon to be brother in law is from nyc and a huge yankees fan. We are going to NJ/NYC this weekend and he is going to be around Friday. It’s going to be miserable.
