They don't have a case Justin
Say it ever went to court, After the jusdge finished laughing at them for taking you to court. How stupid are they gonna look with records of like 20 people posting and you standing there with 700+ people saying your service was better and more afforable.
If they could sue for this then thousand Island dressing could sue Mcdonalds for their special sauce. or Kmart sue Wal mart or one shoe company sue another. competition in AMERICA to provide a better product and/or service is encourage. the LAND OF THE FREE allows every person the oppertunity to better thier lives and/or the lives of others.
And this site has bettered many lives, JJhuddle was trying to bankrupt many lives

I'm taking abusiness law class... its something like $300... of course I'm taking this class in the state of Pennsylvania as well... the guy who teaches the class, his law firm is an LLC

Don't worry, you are fine. Its a domain name. As long as it is not taken, you can have it. Other wise we would not have those sites that are just add sites that are like gooogle.com. People hit an extra o everyday and they get hits for it. More hits equals more money from advertisers. You are good don't worry. This is just an example by the way I don't think there is a gooogle.com but there are sits like that.
