Dodgers bullpen are barely giving up hits, let alone runs. Think it was a good call to take out Kershaw.

Obviously hindsight is 50/50 though.

I think Dodgers win in 5 but the more the Astros see Morrow and Jansen the more likely they are to hit them.

Great game last night. Phil Cuzzi is known as an 'under' umpire. Of the 75 umpires who were behind home plate at least 20x this year, he was #68 in terms of walks per game. One of the widest strike zones in the game. Didn't do the hitters any favors last night.

Heard a stat on Mike and Mike saying Kershaw was twice as likely to get a low strike call.

With the bases empty and 2 outs Astros were one strike away from going to Houston with the series 1-1. A walk, WP, and an intentional solid single to the opposite field caused a blown attempt at a 6 out save, and they play on past the 4hr mark.

Smoltz right on after Astros tied it in the 9th that Astros had the advantage now since LA had already burned 6 pitchers.

Unbelievable game. Glad I stayed up. Houston's bullpen is likely their demise. I don't trust a single guy out there. Giles has great stuff but seems to center cut a pitch every at bat...just a matter of if the guy does something with it. I thought he gave it up in the 9th to Bellinger. Just missed it. And after the the wait in the dugout, he came back out and got to about 25 pitches and I texted my buddy..."Giles is gassed. They need to get him out." Next pitch is wild. Then a single.

But credit to Houston's offense for battling. Tremendous baseball game.

Astros kept battling and pulled out the win. The atmosphere for game 3 in Houston should be incredible.

Girardi contract expired and has not been renewed by the NYY. Seems like a mistake to me, but could be a situation like the GSW had with Jackson, then upgraded with Kerr.

Hopefully it's a mistake.

Probably snag someone from the Tribe's staff. Knowing our luck, he'll lead them to a WS victory. Pretty surprising after what he did with that squad this year. Would be funny if he ended up being the Manager of the Year and they don't bring him back.

Well I-92. This was us. 2 possibilities I've been able to track down. Either the director took a "dirty" feed when he shouldn't have, or we accidentally didn't color-filter correctly/in-time
