I would be sold on McCarron, at least for one reason...

Karma hates the Bengals as much as the Browns, so there's a good chance that if the Bengals traded a QB to the Browns, that QB would break their endless streak of shitty QB's.

I'm concerned with his history of taking plays off. Once the guy has millions of dollars, will his work ethic get even worse? I'd still take him #1, but he has to realize that great players are consistent.

I had heard that before they went with the current style that there was a really sweet finalist (did not see) that they decided not to go with.

One of the dumbasses on 92.3 (Anthony Lima) not only wants to totally revamp the uniforms but wants to rename them the "Bulldogs."

Browns EVP Sashi Brown on Josh Gordon: We’re not in position at wide receiver to turn down a guy like Josh if we feel he’s settled himself.

Glad to see we're not idiots. Can you all stfu about cutting him now?

I think a lot of players do that though. Hell, Joey Bosa seemed like he took off his final season before stepping up in that bowl game, only to get ejected.

As I mentioned, Garrett could've been coasting last season (trying to stay healthy for a payday) but it concerned me that his marquee "showing" was against the Sisters of the Poor (San Antonio). Now I will say he fared pretty well against Alabama and his soph season was really strong. He definitely has the physical tools.

They've invested this much time in him so they might as well try to get SOMETHING out of him. If nothing else, keep his rights, out of spite, to punish him for being a fucktard. Don't let him get what he wants.

Unless Mike Brown is willing to part with him, on the cheap, which I highly doubt, no thanks.

Garrett also had a high ankle sprain after the 2nd or 3rd game of the season and never missed a game. It definitely hurt his performance over the year but the guy is a warrior and tells me a lot about his character. The fact he could have easily sat out games bc of that injury, but he still strapped it up every game to help his team. I'm definitely sold on him

Were at the part of the draft season where everyone starts overthinking things.

LaCanfora at it again on Baskin & Phelps (92.3) this morning...."if Josh Gordon is reinstated, he should be immediately released by the Browns."

Sounding more & more like Mahomes could go close to top 10. That Allbright dude thinks he won't make it to #13 (implying he'll be taken at 12?).

Albright is connected more than most, he's a good twitter follow. I'm assuming Mahomes was the guy they were working out instead of going to Clemson's pro day? He had a tweet earlier in the week that statistically the first QB a team privately works out is the guy they draft.

Me either, grabbing a TE that wasn't productive in college but had a good NC and combine high in a draft FULL of great TEs is fucking stupid. And Watson is a fucking bum.

At 12 (Kiper) the Browns pass on Trubisky, Mahomes, Foster & Conley for Watson and at #52 they pass on Baker & Wilson for Maye.

At 12 (McShay) they pass on Trubisky, Foster, Conley & others for Howard.

No Watson or Mixon for me. Would be stunned if they pass on Trubinsky at 12.
