He did in college as well. Wasn't careful with the football, not accurate, not a great arm, doesn't deal with pressure well, #12 overall pick? Imagine the morning before the 2004 draft, and someone told you Ben Roethlisberger would become the winning-est QB at FirstEnergy Stadium. I bet you guys would have been pretty excited....

It's usually folly to try to predict how good teams are based on the prior year, even including whatever you think of their offseason moves. There are some perennially good and bad teams (a lot having to do with QB). I know that power rankings really don't mean much but I'm lmao at Yahoo have Pittsburgh #1 after this past weekend.
