The deals will likely help create jobs in West Virginia and lift its economy.
West Virginia's gross domestic product declined 0.9 percent in 2016, reversing growth seen in 2015, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

"From driving growth and creating jobs to maximizing America's energy potential, the benefits for West Virginia and the country from this new investment will be significant," said U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito, West Virginia, according to the statement from the state's Department of Commerce.

Certainly doesn't look like collusion with Wikileaks to me. Perhaps there was a duty to report this, but I'm not seeing a whole lot that Trump Jr. wouldn't have read on the internet a few hours or couple days later.

Like you said, politicians and the media talk silently, and arguably collude (which is not a crime). If, and I think it's a pretty big if, they can establish definitively that Wikileaks was an intermediary with Russia....then I think you still need a lot more than this to prove the Trump campaign was in any way directing efforts and/or offering favors in return for the service.

It's not nothing, but it's not very much, either.
