Man 0-2 curve after a curve for a strike to Bryant, left it right in the zone. Fuck

Short rest. Doesn't appear to have a feel for the offspeed yet. Not sharp break. Loopy. Catching too much of the plate.

Needs a big out here.

Unreal. How the fuck does that happen?

That one is not on me. Our 2 major league fucking outfielders need to catch a fucking a routine pop.

They're both to blame. Lonnie should be backing the play up, not cutting in front like a jackass. And Naquin should have been going to the ball the whole way

Did you see Naquin's hands go out like that on that critical play just before? With all that crowd noise can't take anything for granted!

There's a good 30 for 30 on John Daly on ESPN right now

Yes going in front causes nothing but doubt, distraction, and uncertainty to the one who should be catching it.

Long way to go. Joe West already got Arrieta once and led to 8 more pitches in the inning.

Cubs are hacking and they should as Indians bullpen is ready

Full speed looked safe but that look often goes with the ump and defense.

Nice play and nice job by ump

I am not surprised.

He is good.

So are the Tribe.

Go Tribe.

Never give up.

Do you use up the bullpen early in a loss? I'd try to have him go at least 4, you have two chances to win one game so don't use up all your relief now

Pitch count going to stay low but pitch count is moot for Indians

I leave him in as long as things don't get turning again for Cubs, or more than 5 runs.
